We don't preach a lot, but we do expect that the kids we choose to train follow simple rules that apply on and off the field, 1) Do your best, 2) Do what is right and 3) Treat others like you want to be treated. Plain and simple!
Our initial goal is to keep things small and manageable. Our concept has been tested several times and we are excited about launching it here in Kitsap, Mason, Pierce and Jefferson County, Washington, and in Phoenix and surrounding areas in Arizona, from Scottsdale and Cave Creek to Fountain Hills and Glendale.

Exactly how we train is based on a hybrid curriculum that blends Dutch and Brazilian best practices with a practical approach to developing and producing highly skilled and capable candidates.
