SELF-ASSESSMENT
After graduating from high school in 2015, I determined that I needed an opportunity for self-reflection, additional practice, and goal setting.
Since then, my averages in punts and kicks have improved. I have worked with Cameron Van Winkle, previously with the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, as well as Caleb Lightbourn, now at the University of Nebraska, to know that I can compete at any Division 1 school and contribute as a valuable asset to any football program.
More importantly, I have become very confident executing efficiently in real game pressure situations where timing, perfect long snaps, and protection are not
always guaranteed.
Every game I have played in to date has presented challenges that have forced me to improve my ability to adapt faster, adjust as necessary and still produce results under pressure. My vertical has helped me pull down high snaps and still kick many times.
I previously attended a college in Bremerton, WA, and graduated with an AA degree in Communications. I transferred to SFU university where I will continue my education with the goal of earning a BA/BS. I work as a competitive youth soccer coach, and will take my first exam to become a licensed coach in the US Soccer Federation. I also coach HS specialists in Punting and Kicking. And, I work on projects as a Marketing Specialist and Photographer. Those experiences are available on LinkedIn.

KOHL'S PROFESSIONAL CAMPS 2012-2014 - Coaches Comments
Kees has made some great improvements from the spring of 2014 to the summer of 2014. We saw Kees at a training camp where he showed solid improvement in his punting ability. His FG's are improving and his steps on KO's are getting better. Kees also attended the 2014 Scholarship Camp, His KO's need improvement- tempo and confidence in steps are key. He continues to be strongest in his Punting abilities. He has a great frame and continued improvements in his refinement of his drop and improved contact will help him maximize more of his natural ability. He hit some very impressive kicks at camp. Drives the ball well in punting and he shows flashes of some strong potential.
Kees had his best performance to date at the 2014 Western Winter Showcase camp. He showed strong college ability in all three areas - Kohl's Coaching Staff
